We’ve held our final planning meeting, ordered some dry weather and created a fun filled programme. Only three weeks to go until Agoonoree 2022 kicks off. We look forward to re-acquainting ourselves with old friends and making many new ones as we celebrate our 75th camp at the very supportive Moulsford School near Oxford.
We’ve less than two months to go until our Scouts and volunteers are reunited in Moulsford. A school which always has a warm welcome for us. Our volunteers are working hard on the planning and fun packed programme is almost complete. Not only that but our 75th anniversary too. Roll on 30th July.
To celebrate our 75th anniversary Agoonoree London has joined Twitter. Follow @AgoonoreeLondon for updates.
Wow, what a great week we had. Under challenging circumstances we all managed to come together for week full of fun and games. The tents are packed away, the party games played and memories made. Thank you to our supporters for enabling camp, thank you to our volunteers for their planning and hard work and thank you to our Scouts for their energy and enthusiasm.
In the words of one of Scouts “Did everyone have a good time at the disco? Good, now go to bed. Thank you and goodnight.”
See you in Moulsford…
After our end of camp lunch anticipation reached fever pitch as the various trophies were announced. Well done to the Kestrels for winning the patrol competition, the Ospreys the horse racing and the Swift’s the sports up and camp gadget, not forgetting awarding the shield to our happiest camper. Well done all!
Our week of Agoonoree is drawing to a close but what a week we’ve had. There was still time for one more morning of fun though.
The afternoon rain meant a change of plan but after a celebration meal Thursday night is disco night at Scout Park. We donned our best outfits, grabbed some glow sticks and danced the night away.

Well what a thrilling morning it’s been in North London. We may not have the omnium or pole vault but we’ve got wheelbarrows and eggs and spoons, and it’s not over yet.
1908, 1948, 2012 … 2021. The Olympics is back in London for one day only. Who will go for gold? Who will crash out before the finish line? First though we need a hearty breakfast.
