Today was our last full day of Agoonoree 2026. We started with our usual ‘wake up, shake up’ which provided a good warm up for our football competition. After a day of football we finished this evening with a group meal, awarding trophies and handing out the ‘woods’. The ‘woods’ are a small token of appreciation for all our volunteers who not only give up their time, but also pay camp fees. They are cut from wood on site and branded with the details of that year’s camp. Some volunteers have gathered a whole branch by now. After the celebrations we finished the day with the Club Agoo disco, the final song being ‘Always look on the bright side of life’ as it always is.
