Sun, sea and sand

After flag break on Sunday we spent a day in the sun taking part in archery, climbing and shooting, amongst other Scouting activities. All that effort meant the roast chicken dinner was demolished in minutes – having being prepared from scratch in a tent.

Monday saw the excellent weather continue as we headed to Southsea for a day by the sea, finished off by home cooked and paper wrapped fish, chips and mushy peas prepared by our fabulous kitchen team.
